An event is an activity that takes place in an educational institution. It is a kind of recreational activity which is will make an individual rejuvenate and energize. There so many activities outside which can be called as events such as sports, extempore, inter college cultural competition, etc. Events are created to do something extra from your daily routine life. Any activity which is different from your daily routine life is known as an event and it is really necessary for every person to do something different from their daily routine life.

Educational institution is a place where an individual learn which might be theoretical or practical in nature. Everyone here in some or the other way goes to school, college, university or any other institution for studies and to study in life is as important now a days as breathing. There is no future without study or without educational knowledge. Every educational institution tries to be the best in their fields but you cannot skip the fact that it is very necessary for an individual to regain his/her energy to work or study again. It is said that routine life is boring life and if an individual wants to be in that life he or she need to keep themselves indulge in any kind or recreational activity such as sports etc.

If a person is taking admission into school, college or any educational institution then an individual should know about the purpose of going into that institution and it is but obvious that they have taken admission to study there. That is the main reason why everyone joins an educational institution. So if someone is going into a school or college then he or she should study their rather taking part into any other activity except studies. But some institution finds it important to conduct these types of activities and some doesn’t, so it depends on the institution. Students in school or college are not same, so some find it important to have an event into their school or college and those who are their only for studies don’t care about these types of events. They are just interested in studies and activities related to it. But those students who are good in sports and want to play sports always expect from their school or college to conduct those types of sports. So it is necessary for every educational institution to look after for all types of students who are in their institution.

It is important for every educational institution to conduct a recreational activity every month or week as per their convenience. The role of events like fest, sports competition, etc. is really important because students in the school or college get tired of studying project every day so they want to do something extra apart from studying. So, they go for activities like playing sports, drawing, singing, dancing, etc. which make them happy and then they can concentrate on their studies much more than they were concentrating earlier. It is the saying that “doing what you like will make you happy and energetic” so this will make an individual work with more efficiency and effectively. Events like sports, arts, etc. makes an individual rejuvenate and cleans their mind so that they can concentrate on their goals. Concentration is very important if someone want to achieve in life. Being attentive in class is very difficult so students find the various reasons to escape the class, if schools and colleges want to make this thought take out of student’s mind they should send them out of classes to refill their energies and make that energies flow towards studies.

Therefore, events are really important in educational institution so that students can be refilled with the energies and enthusiasm so that they can be motivated for studies. An individual’s mind cannot work on one thing for a longer period of time because they get easily bored, so they find something different from regular or routine work. Making oneself motivated for work is really important and educational institution helps students to get done with that. It’s like a bribe which schools, colleges or any other educational institution give to their students to make them work as per their demands or needs and students cannot deny these types of bribes because they know these types of activities or events will make them happy and bring out their best. Conducting events is very important from the point of view of both the sides, from educational scholership institution and from student side. There are events for those students who only study like literature fest, extempore, quiz which is their energy booster. Events are like the petrol pumps for the students because they have to face the ups and downs of the road of life.
