You need to get free of these negative thinking that leads to depression as fast as possible. Depression is a sickness that makes a person feel hopeless and sadly much of the time. Try to be positive during exams and if you are feeling negative, then avoid your revision for a while and take a short break.
8. Take proper sleep and rest
Don’t feel guilty about anything. We are all aware that proper sleep is very important for everyone. During sleep, many important body processes happen that help to make us refresh.
