It is operating in more than 60 countries offering 70,000 serviced apartments and 300 cities for corporate clients for individual as well as group bookings. It is consistently growing in the UK and in other developing markets.

For example, due to enhanced brand identification, the company can think of developing branded products which can be sold in their apartment projects to customers. They can also think of outsourcing catering service or facility management service for other properties because of their inherent expertise. The firm can think of entering branding and management consultation for other upcoming companies from other industry to help them build their brand image.
