About Courses

The Bachelor of Science is an undergraduate and normally the first academic degree awarded by a university or an educational institute of the higher level. The duration of the course is generally three to five years but it can be different between universities. Bachelor of Science and BSc Honours, both are educational degree provided to undergraduate students. Although these are both academic degrees but have a little difference. The Bachelor’s degree is considered as an ordinary but in many countries where BSc Honours in prevalence. The BSc Honours may take one extra year in compare of BSc.  To complete a BSc Honours degree a student has to write a dissertation while it is not compulsory for the BSc degree. Thus, a BSc degree completed in three years and BSc Honours needed four years to complete.

BSc Honours degree is recognized as superior to the BSc degree. The London School of Economics offering the Bachelor of Science degree in all subjects, also those related to arts. Northwestern University offers the Bachelor of Science degree in its all subjects, including dance, theatre, and radio/TV/films.

Qualification Level

Qualification can be vocational, academic or skills related. The following qualification is must for a candidate who wants entrance in Bachelor of Science degree-

• The candidate must have passed the higher secondary education from a recognized school or board.
• English language – for the non-UK student, the knowledge of English Language is a must.
• Detailed application form filled by the candidate.
• Payment of fees of the college.
• All documents related to the educational background of the candidate.
• The students must fulfill other criteria decided by the college.
