The Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters project aspects had been discussed in this report and this had played an important role in providing the proper structure to SSCR department to begin the operations in Canberra. The overview of Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters had been discussed with the services provided by the company in order to expand its business in Melbourne. With the help of project elements the cost and scheduling had been described as well which is beneficial for the company in new beginning.
The project elements such as project budget, project scope management, stakeholder analysis, project resources management and constraints involved in the project including the schedule of the project had been discussed. The project budget had provided a clear view about the project as there are many expenses that can be occurred in future had been discussed in the same. The project resources management involved the required resources for Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters project such as physical resources, financial resources and human resources had also been described.
The stakeholder analysis with the high and low involvement of the same had also been described to identify their contribution in the Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters project. Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters is the company serving since ’07 and as per the analysis the management department of SSCR found the need of introduction to coffee and started producing the same. Mark & Bridget have firstly introduced the Italian coffee roasting style in the area of Melbourne. The goal of the company was to explore the best brewing practice. Seven Seeds takes the name because of the precious cargo which was seen by Baba Budan into India in the 17th century. Company is providing free shipping services worldwide and because of this the future of the same is secured (Seven Seeds 2021).
Carlton was bursting and it seems as the dedicated roaster and it was mainly establish in the year 2016. This is located in Melbourne and providing services to the residing people so that the people can get good coffee and this is helpful for the customers to gain the effective services from the services. This company is providing the seasonal coffee to the customers so that the effectiveness in the operations and performance can also be made. From the sourcing of ten years it was found that the customers are interested in the fresh crop and brewing as well so this has played an important role in completing the overall products provided by the company (Seven Seeds 2021).
In the sources of information provided by this company is beneficial in providing most transparent information to attract the customers in order to manage the brand image. In the beginning of the business in the Canberra the requirements will be the 24/7 parking with the tables and equipments of making coffee effectively. The building for the start up will also be required so that the operations can get started. In the operations the requirement of the human, financial and physical resources will also arise. The sitting equipments with the music system will be also be required to feel the customers fresh while drinking coffee (Lampa et al. 2017, p.370).

With respect to human resources of Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters the required resources involve waiters, staff those are trained in operating the machines and greeting the customers as well (Lachhab et al. 2017, p.7266).
The financial resources of the project are resources that can complete the requirements of the financial terms and can create good impact on the financial terms. The financial resources in the Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters project are estimation of the project, financial analyst to prepare the cash flow statement and annual profit and loss statement (Larsson & Larsson 2020, p.585).
