CREATIVE AND ETHICAL LEADERSHIP

PERSONAL STATEMENT

As an Education Practitioner, I have been found of knowledge and skills that enable the children to use in rest of their lives. Good education provide the grip to motivate and equip the young people with more academic world, introducing them with different subjects such as arts, history, English and Mathematics. It has relentlessly drive to deliver bigger profits and understanding the value to other employees as well as for the student. As a true professional, I need to fully understand the impact of the educational decisions on having reliable knowledge in an appropriate way (Hespenheide et al., 2011). Being accurate and thorough in everything has represented a relied area to deal with the consistent, reliable and punctual and predictable way to deal with the study matters. Currently, I am looking for the job opportunity as Senior Education Practitioner in the university where I have desired work environment. Through this, I can meet up with challenge and address on fulfilment of the potential.

SELF-REFLECTION ON YOUR EXPERIENCE

Ethical leaders’ behaviors are effectively changed if the purpose of developing strong ethical leadership skills is considered. I believe that the ethical leaders are advanced at all levels and interacting with the ways one needs to value the open communications and promoting to an egalitarian work environment. I need to provide the leadership positions where development and decisive decision-making skills must be processed. I need to promote the collaborative work which would give me an area through which open communication and voicing of the opinions and employees feeling valued with the details are taken. I need to address on the great leaders with more flexibility and resourceful nature of handling business matters. I can also employee on the engagement of the policies with processes. The principal objective of gaining an education would direct on the learning and means to fulfil the aim of the teaching. This can be two inseparable phenomena where the personal experiences of the learning and teaching from secondary years to effective educational practitioners have been directed. I have been engaged in effective teaching results where effective learnings have directed on the leadership skills that have to transform my skills to attain more promotional goals.

The inspiration for educational practitioners exhibits many strengths in terms of the characteristics to be more effective in the teaching field (Zepeda, 2012). This can synthesis on the core components to which the positive and supportive form of the climate and formative feedback along with high-quality learning experiences and enjoyment in the level of the student engagement has been counterpart. I believe that high-quality learning experiences might provide the level of engagement of the students as well as motivating them.

My professional development as an educational practitioner was due to the on-going process in the education system where training and support activities have aimed at promoting learning and development (Van Wart, 2013). From that point, I decided to implement those professional knowledge, skills and values in my learning behaviour. I was more relevant in the teaching and learning needs to educate their students more efficiently. In my early years, I have a firm decision to work in the field of teaching as an educator. For this, I need to be eligible for the education practitioner post. This requires minimum 2:2 degree along with the disclosure and barring services check. This had provided me with plenty of time to prepare the application for the education practitioner. It has been encountered that I can teach in academies, free schools and independent schools for a while which gave me the knowledge to train the students on relevant subjects (Marsh, 2013). This would provide me with the knowledge to deal with the challenges and rewards of teaching in the future basis. I know to teach as earlier I have applied for PGCE/ Diploma in education and training in the post-compulsory sector. This has added me to exceptionally work as a qualified teacher. Through which I have achieved Qualified teacher learning and skills status.

I have professional knowledge of NVQ Level 3 Child development and has academic qualification as GCSES A-C including English (C) and Mathematics (B). This has offered me a wide range of the energy and enthusiasm to which I have gathered training. Furthermore, I wish to gain the minimum EEC lead teacher certification so that the students who are unable to outreach for the better services can certainly gain knowledge. I would love to nurture the uniqueness of each child development in their educational, social and spiritual potential to a certain extent (Tenuto and Gardiner, 2018). This would make a difference to take ownership credit for new and innovative ideas. With this observation, evaluation of the communication skills and creating a workplace environment free spirit would project on the support from the teams and others.

I need to have professional development where the values and change in the educational practices and learners to become more educated is directed.

I believe that Team working and personal motivation would help me to engage in the progress of gathering my position as senior education practitioner. I need to have formal training courses through which I can relate my ethical aspects for the education. I need to understand that the issues and techniques that are present might relate on the revitalization of the leadership curriculum that come up with the programs prepared by the students with practical and dynamic skills. I need to enable the future business leaders through long-term approach to leadership education. Other than this, I possess critical thinking, communication, adaptability and friendly nature, punctual and reliable with strong work ethics skills to fulfill my needs.

I will be developing my leadership skills to maximize my diagnosis of the individual needs with the personalized support and stretching on the challenges and colleagues with the high-quality professional conversation. For Professional development, I have focus on the sustain reciprocal family and community partnership where ownership to cultivate inclusive, caring, culturally responsive school communities and building the networks has provided the shared proportion of transparency and attaining the parents, staff, community members and students to vital ways. I think that through this way I can gain better opportunity for the career growth and attaining the control over careers. I need to be more productive and engaged in overall aspects of the leadership skills development in the education industry. I will strive on learning more skills so that the increase in the control over the class can be attained. This would somehow be addressing on the maintaining strict control that led to a disadvantage in the own effectiveness as a practitioner. The inclusive teaching styles and pupil involvement would present the deeper and learning experience to the business practices. This can somehow provide the deskilling of ourselves with the ways to perform consciously and managing the functioning of the business. I need to gain clarification that the ethical issues that are expressed might provide the change in the behaviour of the individual. This would direct on the note that the two types of theories in actions would be included. This would anxiously be providing the beliefs on the determined organizational structures and ethical behaviour and leadership styles that are put to practice. This can somehow help in the performance evaluation of the organization (Ryan, 2011).

RESEARCH ON SUITABLE LEADERSHIP IN INDUSTRY

In education industry, education leaders and practitioners plays important role in addressing the climate, attitude and reputation of their schools. I believe that the skills and knowledge they posses direct on the cornerstone to the learning range where communities function and grow. With the successful implementation of the leadership and effective incubators of learning, students are encouraged to nurture on the proper foundation to the learning and direction-based needs.

I have found that bribery for admission on the seat beyond the results are highly undertaken in this industry. I have found that the bribery in education has affected the people than any other sectors. It has provided the harsh reality where the poor do not have the access to education and also dealing with no alternatives to low quality education. I profound on the little chance to escape on the life of poverty and attaining on the drop out rates in the countries. I need to have corruption measures with the hidden costs for the meals, uniforms and teaching materials as well as extra charges for the education ranges from the 10 to 86% as per the requirement of the industry. I need to be technically represented as the biggest group of public sector employees and reluctancy to tackle the bribery issue in the education. Other than this, the bribery practices in education have given rise to the pay-offs, embezzlement, bypassing criteria, fraud, favoritism, nepotism and traffic of influence. I have gathered the information regarding the planning process which include the student admission and examination along with teacher administration and professional conduct.

At BPP holdings, I have experienced the perspectives of the learners as they require to engage in the foundation of the new experiences and drawing a line with past experiences. I have understood that reflection in action is a rigorous professional process through which acknowledgement of the uncertainty and complexity as one practice leading to other has been legitimately addressed.

According to Schultz et al (2016), the professional thoughts are the kind of activities that are produced to determine the indeterminate zone of the professional practice. The reflective practicum would also represent the educational settings or environment to which the learning practice and making proficient use of the reflection-in-action has been worked well with the dialogue of coach and making the students reliable by taking the form of the reciprocal practices. This might remark on gaining knowledge by creating the transformation of experience. Ideally, this learning cycle might provide the learners to gain concrete experiences with the subjects and then implicate thinking and reacting on the person. This would turn to enable the creation of new experiences. It would have a positive impact on my thinking as well as planning of activities to support practical working (Sheng et al., 2019).

The leadership styles would direct on the transactional and transformational leadership styles as a fruitful way. I have found that over a period prior attention to the skills has been engaged. According to Gardiner and Tenuto (2015), transformational leadership and transactional leadership has directly influenced the workplace outcomes related to job satisfaction, group performance, employee's performance and other organizational commitment.

I have found that despite settings in the education industry for managerial leadership styles to transformational and transactional leadership style. It has validated on the ways to fill in the gaps in the knowledge. The education systems have been changed with the changing pace of time. It can help in understanding the greater empathy and concern for the people than their earlier issues (Shapiro and Stefkovich, 2016). The management of the educational system has a remark on the challenging domain of information technology in the workplace. The software-based education i.e., online sessions have somehow influenced the change and make the possible reasons to initiate goals.

I believe that leadership behaviour is essential for determining team effectiveness and maintaining employee performance. I believe that a lack of leadership or ineffective leadership would influence the leadership style of the employees in the education industry (Thompson and Glasø, 2015). I have found that the lack of interpersonal skills and technical knowledge among the employees get them deviated from the current path. This has not only to address the technical knowledge but has also provided the management capabilities to lead the business change.

Under the creative mindset, the academic intellectual interest has led to an innovation-driven economy. This has provided the execution of the capabilities to which new offerings as a short or competition-based idea has been remarked. To help make the better connections between theory and practice has provided on the ways to meet the importance of the creativity in organizations and spark on the leadership imperatives that begin with the scepticism (Gardiner and Tenuto, 2015). The priority of the situational leadership style in the education industry is to engage the right minds i.e. right people at right times to the right degree in creative work. This would help in recasting the leadership engagement of the employees and attaining the goals.

I also need to tap on the ideas from all ranks at the university so that the distribution of creative responsibility is not uneven. This has been observed to represent on the internet start-up offering as a new sophisticated form of the inceptions. This would ultimately result in the unsustainable form of organizational creativity (Tenuto and Gardiner, 2018). As a leader, I need to look beyond the top ranks for creative directions and making the breakthroughs where the contribution to drawing innovation and enabling collaborations has made several contributions. This has opened up space to the organizational benefits by driving the diverse perspectives.

The contribution of the individual leader in the organization has withstood on the bureaucratic form of the mechanization in the industry. I have certainly engaged in improving productivity and attempt to achieve the highest level of efficiency in the best possible way. Under the scientific management theory, the function of the leader has the address on establishing the performance criteria to meet the organizational goals. This has somehow remarked on the individual education practitioner's preferences (Matthews et al., 2015). At BPP Holdings based university, the change in the practitioners thinking would tend the people to be incompetent with the need to address the learners needs. This would direct them to lose self-confidence. The Trait theory would remark on the personal characteristics of the leader where the personality traits have been addressed. This would entail the ability to represent the personality traits and characteristics to the business growth (Matthews et al., 2015).

On comparative analysis between trait and situational theory, it can be determined that situational leadership is best suited for the education industry. This would represent the opportunity to develop new skills with the required change by time (Chetcuti et al., 2011). This would also help in engaging and executing the opportunities where the mechanism to put forward the change would present the confusion throughout the organization. It can alter the clarity to present the stability of roles and relationships and often creating chaos to the situation. It can somehow direct on the organizational environment. I believe that the environment can enable the organization to show some importance to the employees and attain the best response to attain the goals (Shapiro and Stefkovich, 2016).

The portfolio covers the preferential learning and reflective practice of educational practitioner. It has somehow addressed the leadership traits and personal statement to develop new skills. However, the ethical aspects of developing new skills are strongly addressed to enhance the productivity and profitability of the business. Other than this, the situational leadership theory and Trait theory are comparatively analyzed to understand the suitable leadership style for the education industry. It has been found that situational leadership style is better suited to the education industry by covering the ethical aspects as it will help in raising the performance and influencing the organizational culture. I found that the theory of situational leadership provided by Hersey Blanchard has given efficient variations that might occur when the ethical issues such as Bribery has been practically reported in the education industry. I think that it can encompass on the higher education system to simply represent the established courses through proper channel in the university.
