This dissertation will explore the effects of international trade on the economic growth. It will include the literature review and research methodology to be used. Based on the secondary data, the findings will be presented and appropriate recommendation will be provided.
According to the study of Osei-Assibey and Dikgang (2020), the long - term export help in the economic growth of the country. The relationship between the import and Gross Domestic Product is casual. In the short term, the export does not help in the economic growth. The export and economic growth have the bilateral relationship.
This research methodology that will be used for this research is secondary research. The journals and research articles and government website related to trade will be explored.
The FDI contributes in developing the GDP growth. The expansion of export help in empowering the trade arrangement in order to support the economic growth (Ghaffar, et. al., 2019).
Therefore, it can be concluded that FDI help in economic growth. The recommendation will be provided for the economic growth the country.
My learning will be presented for this dissertation and learning from research.
