Death due to Dementia & Alzheimer Diseases

In

England and Wales

Background and Rationale

The background of this research report defines the death caused by Dementia & Alzheimer's disease in England and Wales from 2010 to 2019. England has faced tough times from 2010 to 2019 due to a large number of death caused by Dementia & Alzheimer's. According to the report, the total number of deaths which was registered till 2019 is 530,841 where the cause 66,424 deaths are Dementia & Alzheimer's. Dementia is called a brain disorder where symptoms such as forgetfulness are included. Dementia is a combination of multiple diseases related to communication, brain, and thinking capability. Alzheimer's is called a neurological disorder where brans cells are supposed to die as the brain started shrinking.

Aims of the research

  • To investigate the death which is caused by Dementia & Alzheimer's in England and wales.

  • To analyse the causes behind such types of disease.

Research objectives

Here are the research objectives which have to be covered in this research. Research objectives are defined based on the requirement of the aim of the research. The following objectives need to illustrate to meet the aim of the research.

  • To document the causes of Dementia & Alzheimer’s diseases

  • To analyse the mortality rates of Dementia & Alzheimer’s diseases in England and Wales from 2010 to 2019.

  • To illustrate the implication of Dementia & Alzheimer’s disease on health and social care services.

  • To provide the structure of treatments that were used for Dementia & Alzheimer's from 2010 to 2019.

  • To discuss the impacts on the human body due to Dementia & Alzheimer's diseases (Pujades-Rodriguez, et.al, 2018).

Research questions

Here are the research questions which are going to cover in this research. These research questions are derived from the research objectives which have to achieve in this research. The following research questions provide the objectives of the research where these questions will be discussed further in this report.

  1. What are the possible causes of Dementia & Alzheimer's Diseases?

  2. What is mortality rate of Dementia & Alzheimer's Diseases in England and Wales from 2010 to 2019?

  3. What implication does mortality rate of Dementia & Alzheimer's Diseases have on health and social care services?

Literatures Review

This section provides a review of the cause of the death and cause of disease in England & wales. This literature section will discuss on all research questions. The definition and cause of dementia and Alzheimer will be determined to meet the objectives of the research. the methodology which can be for reducing the impact of cause of this disease will be discussed clearly (Hiam, et.al., 2017). The impacts of the methodology and process will define in this section. As per the UK report dementia is a leading killer in the UK. This literation section will be elaborated based on many research papers provided by authorized authors. The answer to research question will be analysed from the research papers and based on multiple research paper this section will be constructed (Pujades-Rodriguez, et.al., 2018).

Methodology

This section will discuss the research methodology that is used for the research. there are two types of secondary approach will be used such as qualitative and quantitative. The information will be gathering from open sources platform. The search engine which will be used for this research is google scholar. Research papers are obtained from google schola. The keywords are used same as the title and cause, mortality rate based on the topic (Cadar, et.al., 2018).

Plan of work & schedule

This section describes the plan for the research of the project where the plan of the research is based on many activities. Each activity involved in the research is defined for a particular time duration where the schedule of each activity is provided. Planning is the most important approach that sets the path of research so that desired result can be achieved. The date for each activity of the project is defined where each activity is performed as per the planning to meet the deadline of the project (Wilkinson, et.al, 2019).
