Strategy plays an important role in the development of the businesses; the mangers are the whole and sole responsible to carry out the business operations in an effective manner in order to make the business successful. One of the effective strategies that the organizations are engaging in their companies are known to be the involvement of the digital platforms, BlaBlaCar is an online platform for offering the ride sharing for the long distances. It was established in the year of 2006 and the model is concentrated on the majorly two aspects which are, the types of the users- drivers and passengers. Ride sharing has become a common trade in the world full of digital technologies and new innovations, hence the organization is eagerly looking forward to develop new strategies for the businesses so that it can improve the financial factor as soon as possible. However, all the new operations there comes a sever need of the employees who all will work and provide a platform to the people who are looking for ware=d to have a ride and connect the drivers with the needy ones (Kraus et al. 2021). The organization is looking forward to develop a new strategy which will establish a communication platform with the tech blog so that it can attract the new talented employees towards the organization and work on the goal. The strategies that have been focused on order to develop the business of BlaBlaCar are business model evaluation which includes the revenue factor such as fee or commissions gained on each ride as well as applied to each and every ride. Another model is web platform development, although the platform is developed however linking the marketing factor with the development of the organization will enhance the working of the company and as well as bring out the attention and the audiences towards the organization, this is the doing of the manager (Pereira et al. 2022). The major technology which has been observed in the organization is that it is a two-sided web-based platform focuses on offering the ride sharing facilities at a long distance. The organization is focused on the strategy called “Acquihiring” which will enable the integration of the several platforms as well as integration of the existing teams, cultures, regulations, traditions, etc. the major barrier which has been identified in the business are institutional barrier which slows down the sharing economy and economic factor and the infrastructures. Open innovation relevance which is applied with art the organization states as an example of the BlaBlaCar of the model of the business innovation which is applicable for the Social ICTs features which includes social identity, high customization, feedback mechanism, and network economics in order to conveniently optimising the ideal resources in a frequent manner, as well as creation of the new segment of the company. The company has acquired a high growth on the international businesses as well, hence it is necessary for the organization to acquire the new digital strategies. Start-ups have a huge competition that too in the ride sharing businesses, hence Acquihiring allows the organizations to start with a solid base.
