The change management plan is associated with the best possible changes that are required in better alignment of the project. The changes involved are for a better experience of the project along with the management techniques related to improvement in the operational and functional factors. The specific reason for the change is to be mentioned for further procedure. The project scope along with the acceptance of changes derived from the new plan. The company should discuss the benefits and advantages of the changes in the plan. The previous activities should be discussed and managed along with generating the feedback that results in the initiation of the changes that are important to monitor and implemented.
Introduction
Samson media provides growth in business by developing attractive, effective in cost, and easily accessible website of fashion. The company designs and develops the website in such a way that it will eventually help the customers to optimize the site and property that will result in a large percentage of visitors that will visit the site. The company provides a wide variety that includes SEO-friendly websites this will provide the whole range of services of digital services. The Samson media will provide the number of fashion houses and features that are associated with the magazine and also significance in the advertising and developing the company’s revenue(Misra et. al,2020).
Project Sponsor
The CEO has approved the aspects of the project this will include the approvals and the changes in feedback managed by the company. The CEO will introduce and summarise the complete development of the project. Amir Johnson will support the project in various aspects that will justify the development of the project in several aspects
Project Objectives
The objectives of the project are to make sure the background along with the achievement of the project. The task will give an overall idea to make the guiding changes of the company. The task will assign the best plans for the development related to changes and the development necessary in the report. The project will justify the overall template and environment that will align the space for email and management of the template.
Change Objectives and Principles
The objectives and the principles that are made by the company include the changes in the capital that is an increment in the graph of return on capital to almost 8%. This will eventually help in changes and the transformation that is required for the development of the company. Some other major principles of the company are to completely close the printing and the distribution of the site. The project will eventually become cost-effective and the company will shift the office from large to the smaller region for the sake of cost-effectiveness.
Change Plan Elements
The changes in the plan include several aspects that are related to changes that are related to the strategic goal of the company along with the sponsor involved with the project. The company will reduce the staff due to the shifting in the smaller region. Along with this, the cost-effectiveness factor is also important that is considered by the company. The changes that will be followed in the magazine will also include the changes on the topic associated with the magazine. That includes health and beauty related content along with fashion and celebrity gossip. The major implementation is the alignment of the subscription to access the premium features of the company. The new features also include the discussion related to the podcast on certain topics.
Rationale for the Change
The risk that is involved with the changes includes the advantages and profit along with the loss that will be shown to the company. The consequences of the changes should be studied for the development and alignment of the project. Along with this, the consequences also shows the effect on the customers that will face the risk-taking both the advantages and disadvantages related to the magazine.
Key Stakeholder Analysis
The key stakeholders are the CEO, staff, manager associated with the management department, the project coordinator, the journalists, the designer along with the editing assistant, and the design and production team.
The changes that are involved concerning the company will show the consequences of every stakeholder. The changes in offices along with the changes in the pattern of the magazine will show the effects on every stakeholder.
The stakeholder should have a major effect on the strategic changes due to the different levels of development involved in the magazine. The different changes will justify the complete changes and strategic goals of the company.
As the company has developed and changed the mechanics of the magazine. As the authorities have decided to involve the possible risk and health and beauty content and the fashion and celebrity content(Misra et. al,2020).
Assessment of Readiness to Change
The assessment in the changes is developed by the transformations that are involved with the company and the cost-effectiveness that is used by the company to intend the better development related to digital format. The magazine will process the changes to improve the revenue and the experience related to the customer services.

The stakeholders will face sudden changes in the salary along with location changes.
Restructure of the office will create a sudden disturbance in the implementation.
The main concern will be the additional content related to fashion and beauty along with celebrity gossip.
This will develop better opportunities for the readers because it will create a variety of topics that will be beneficial for the readers.
The additional benefits are provided to the users that will include the video clips and podcast that will help in better understanding.

This is due to the reason that the company has started to develop the best features that will help in effective engagement and this will be provided by the qualified team members that are the graphic designers and the development team to process the best possible changes(Benson et. al,2020).

The arrangements of the company involve the best site development and the running and printing procedure. The HR policies will include the selection and development of the process for analysis and the development of the process(Peasah et. al,2021).
Evaluation
The evaluation will involve the development procedure along with the checking of the consequences related to the development. The effective implementation will result in the best alignment and development related to the running procedure. All the steps will justify the consequences and results related to the execution and printing of the magazine.
