The  health and social care  sector organizations like National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) is one of the leading health care public sector agencies that standard guideline for maintaining good health and process of preventing from disease. According to analysis if role of the NICE it is been carried out that, agency is developing and implementing the rules and regulations for offering the proper treatment to the patients and monitoring the approach of local health care organization as per the benchmarking standard (The Role of WHO in Public Health, 2016  ). The approach of organization is differing from the private sector health care agencies.

The leading international health care agency is WHO which is regulating the policy and standard for all types of health care settings across the world to ensure the nations implement the regulations at each level of health care activities. The agency is collecting the data about the all types of disease that have significant impact on the public health and establish the process to provide the support to overcome the impact on the individual and society. The major role of WHO is to analyze the conditions of people around the world and provide the essential support by offering funds and technology to overcome the impact of disease and increase the level of health (Hartig.et.al. 2013). In UK, National Health and Social care organization (NHS) is leading public sector health care agency that offering the direction and support to the local health and social care organization in UK for maintaining the services standard and have the proper monitoring of the society about the disease. There are majorly two types of disease have been identified like infection and non-infection. Infection diseases are disorder caused by the organism due to bacteria, viruses or fungi. On the other hand non-infection dieses are result of non communicable disorder that arise from inside of body due to heredity conditions or dietary deficiency. In addition to this, non infection disease also occurs through changes in the environmental factors. Following are the major infection and non-infection disease that have significant impact on the health of individual in UK:

  • Influenza: This infection disease is known as the flu that spread through air and touch of the infected people.   • Approaches: The health care agencies of UK are using the intervention and creating awareness about the prevention from the infection and non-infection dieses. The leading health care organization like NHS is offering the proper guideline to local health care setting for providing the treatment for these dieses and craft improvement in the health standard of community (Caley.et.al. 2014). The current life style of people is very hectic and stressful as well use of fast-food and soft and hard drinks is influencing the level of sugar which is resulting as the diabetes and obesity. According to given case, Mrs. Senna is getting the tenement of obesity and diabetes and suggested for gastric bypass surgery. The care professional has advised for following the make changes in the diet for maintaining the health and reduce the weight. The lifestyle of UK people is changing as the process of working and tight schedule for daily operations is affecting the health which will have the major consequences in future (Tasdemir-Ozdes.et.al. 2016). The high consumption of alcohol, junk food and less exercise and  tour and travel  is affecting the health of the people. Now to overcome the negative impact of the current lifestyle it is the responsibility of the health care agencies to create the awareness about the negative impact of the access uses of the junk food, lack of nutrition and morning exercise. For meeting the future needs the educational practices should be applied which will help to create the awareness in the society and overcome the issues of obesity and diabetes like Mrs. Senna. In addition to this, consuming food free of high sodium, saturated fats, processed chemicals and added sugar helps in keeping body fit and fine and proper functioning.  

3.1 Assess the health and wellbeing priorities for Mrs. Senna in a particular health or social care setting

According to given case, Mrs. Senna is a 34 years old woman diagnosed with Obesity and diabetics Type 2; she has been administered to hospital by the paramedic team from the emergency medical services as she suffered a heart attack at home. By considering the health issues which Mrs. Senna is facing the key wellbeing priorities are offering the support and proper diet to reduce the weight and control the sugar. For that health care professional of particular health setting has advised her to perform the exercise and follow the diet that has been proposed by the care workers which will help her to overcome the impact of the health issues. In addition to this the major priority of the health care setting is to control the level of sugar and blood pressure which is essential for offering the other treatment option for diabetes (Langford.et.al. 2014).
